# Required documents

Depending on whether the user is an individual or a business entity, different documents are required for KYC and KYB.

We accept the following documents:

## For individuals:

### ID documents

* Passport
* National ID card (back and front side)

### Proof of address

  All proof of address documents must be issued no more than 3 months ago.
</Info>

* Utility bills
* Recent bank statements
* Mobile phone bills
* Tax documentation

## For legal entities:

### Proof of registration

* Certificate of incorporation
* Articles of association
* Proof of registration
* Attestation d’immatriculation au RNE  (for France)
* Kbis (for France)

### Ownership structure

* Shareholder registry
* Trust agreement
* Partnership agreement
* Statement of information

### Source of funds

* Audited Financials
* Bank/brokerage account statement
* Tax return
* Invoices to clients proving nature of business

### Representatives authorisation
