Proof of address
All proof of address documents must be issued no more than 3 months ago.

- Mobile phone bills
- Tax documentation
For legal entities:
Proof of registration
- Certificate of incorporation
- Articles of association
- Proof of registration
- Attestation d’immatriculation au RNE (for France)
- Kbis (for France)
Ownership structure
- Shareholder registry
- Trust agreement
- Partnership agreement
- Statement of information
Source of funds
- Audited Financials
- Bank/brokerage account statement
- Tax return
- Invoices to clients proving nature of business
Representatives authorisation
Needed only in case a representative is not listed in the ownership structure or registration documents.
