Depending on whether the user is an individual or a business entity, different documents are required for KYC and KYB. We accept the following documents:

ID documents

  • Passport
  • National ID card (back and front side)

Proof of address

All proof of address documents must be issued no more than 3 months ago.
  • Utility bills
  • Recent bank statements
  • Mobile phone bills
  • Tax documentation

Proof of registration

  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Articles of association
  • Proof of registration
  • Attestation d’immatriculation au RNE (for France)
  • Kbis (for France)

Ownership structure

  • Shareholder registry
  • Trust agreement
  • Partnership agreement
  • Statement of information

​
Representatives authorisation

Needed only in case a representative is not listed in the ownership structure or registration documents.
