Partner Validated Vaults

Partner Validated Vaults are a simple way to rely on a trusted node operator to handle Staking.

In a Partner Validated Vault, the Vault Creator will be able to choose a Node Operator from the set of Byzantine Node Operator Partners. This Partner will act as the Validator Manager for the vault, which means that they will be the one registering the validators that will handle the staked assets.

This is an easy way to make sure that your staking is handled in the desired way by a trusted node operators.

Each node operator takes a % fee from the staking rewards for the service they provide. This fee is public in the OperatorRegistry contract can be known before choosing the node operator. Note that once the vault is created, the staking reward fee cannot be changed anymore.
