Solo Staker Vaults

Solo Staker Vaults are appropriate for fully autonomous Vault Creators looking to master the whole staking/restaking chain.

In a Solo Staker vault, the Vault Creator will be the one in charge of registering the addresses of validators that will handle the staking of assets.

It is possible for the Vault Creator to delegate validator selection duties to one or multiple other addresses. These Validator Managers can be set at vault creation or later.

The Vault Creator themselves are not a relevant party to the operation of the vault. All sensitive roles - like Strategy Manager or Validator Manager - must be explicitly set to specific addresses and are not by default given to the Vault Creator. It is therefore possible and safe to create a Solo Staker Vault for someone else by setting all sensitive roles to one of their addresses.

Solo Staker Vault staking fees can be freely set by the Vault Creator. These fees are collected as a % of staking rewards. Note that once the vault is created, the staking reward fee cannot be changed anymore.
