Step 1: Initiate Withdrawal
- Go to your dashboard
- Click “Withdraw” on the product you want to withdraw from
- Enter the amount
- Authenticate with your passkey
Step 2: Bank account verification
First withdrawal: You’ll need to specify your destination bank account. This account:- Can only be added or removed by admin users
- Must match the account holder name on your Byzantine account
- Is verified for security
Funds arrive in your bank account within 10 minutes for sums up to €100,000, and can take up to 24h above that.
