All the ETH staked on the Byzantine Finance protocol will be insured against slashing.

In the case of a slashing event, the operator bonds of the affected validator will be used to form the 4ETH deductible. The perceptive amongst you will notice that that is the exact size of our smallest DVT cluster. Oh yeah. It's all connected.

Therefore, the ETH of stakers will be insured with a deductible being provided by those who, in the worst of cases, would be responsible for the slashing - the validator's node operators.
